From 1972 to 1990 he was in term of high office and held leading economic and social positions. From 1991 to 2002 was the manager of a trade company.
From 2003 to 2006 he worked for the National Audit Office as an expert at the “Legal provision and development of auditing” department and chief expert in Audit methodology.
From 2006 he has been a member and the secretary of the Commission for Audit Quality Evaluation of the National Audit Office. He is a member of the Programming Council on the training and qualification of the National Audit Office servants, a lecturer on the quality of auditing.
On 9th October he was elected Chairman of the Commission for Public Oversight of Statutory Auditors by the 40th National Assembly.
From January 2009 he has been a member of the Consultative Public Council to the President of the National Audit Office.
Speaks Russian fluently and communicates in French.
