Following art. 24 para 1 of the Independent Financial Audit Law, the Institute of certified public accountants shall create and keep a register of the registered auditors. |
The Commission for Public Oversight on Statutory Auditors was established in compliance with the Directive 2006/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
